The HR Generalist carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), recruiting and staffing logistics, employee relations, training and development, compensation, organizational development, and employment. The HR Generalist also manages the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs. BA and three (3) to five (5) years of Human Resources experience required.
